Hello,
Can we pass any resolution in Managing committee to protect our society from Dogs Menace to protect little kids and elder people of the society . We are facing a lot of problems with Dogs bitten / chasing cases in our society. Need urgent help how to handle it legally.

Residents can send a legal complaint to the local municipal corporation.
Municipality have the duty to manage stray dogs populations and take appropriate actions.
If stray dogs causes direct risk to public health (such as through bites that may spread disease like rabies), public health laws may come into picture.
