Forging a signature is a form of false impersonification and a designated crime under the Indian Penal Code, hence the person forges the signature is always at risk since the person whose signature has been forged, can always file a complaint for the aforesaid offence by suppressing his earlier consent to that effect. All the best. Regards

First of all forgery is an offence under The Indian Penal Code so forging a signature is also an offence ,but according to you you have given your free consent to forge your signature then it's not an offence, but remember if any wrong is committed then you will be held liable. Regards.

Forgery is never legitimate, even if you allow him to do so. But your family members or other relatives may raise objection if their rights and contentions are jeopardised, do not resort to such tactics. Never forge signature nor allow anyone to do so, since it might have long standing repercussions.
