Is it compulsory to take regular bail... after high court is granted anticipatory bail
Hi.
Depending on the facts and circumstances, on the discretion of the judges, if an anticipatory bail is being granted by the HC, then the anticipatory bail itself sorts the remedy for the same. Thus there is no use or need or compulsion for a regular bail in such cases where anticipatory bail had already been granted.
