Is it a murder or manslaughter if a husband does not hospital his wife

A wife was severly sick still her husband did not intentionally admitted her to a hospital. This lead to her death. Does this amount to murder by her husband? How can the husband be held legally responsible for her death?

it depends upon the various facts and circumstances. if the wife was continuously torture by her husband for demand of dowry and seven years of marriage not completed then on the complaint of the parents or relatives the police can register the case against her husband for murder or culpable homicide. you can call me without any hesitation through the administrator of this website for details discussion

This is not a murder but a complaint can be filed under section 304 IPC . it has to be proved that husband was having all means to admit his wife in hospital or not. Further it has to be proved by giving evidence that the husband was in a conspiracy to commit such act
