Is free legal aid helpful or not

I have heard about the free legal aid, which the government have started to provide free legal aid to poor section of the people.. I want to know how effective is it on ground? Is it really worth taking that aid for our legal issues?

It will depend upon your legal issues. And as far as the free legal aid is concerned it's advisable to go for it in petty issues only and not in big litigation because the advocates that are indulged in free legal aid are less experienced. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If you r poor n your situation is like a better then you don’t have any other option ! If u r rich n want to benefit from poor people’s facility then you yourself will do offence by availing such facilities. Therefore you need to decide ! Ground reality is generally understood! Thanks

There cannot be any judgement of effectiveness of the Free legal aid services in this forum because that totally depends on the allocation of the advocate for you and his/her expertise. however with my 25 years in the service I would suggest that one should apply for the free legal aid after describing the situation to the advocate involved and then take the prudent decision
