There should not be any problems for you in regards to your previous case in the future, as it has already been settled. The nature of the disposal means that no charges were brought against you and that any bail bonds were cancelled, so there should not be any problems when it comes to background verification, visa applications, etc.

Quashing is a legal process that is used to challenge any criminal proceedings that are deemed to be unlawful or unjust. However, since your case has already been settled and disposed of, there is no need for you to pursue a quash.

It is recommended that you keep a copy of the settlement paperwork and any other documentation related to your case for your records. This will help in the future if you ever need to prove that the case has been settled and disposed of in the way that you are claiming.

there should not be any problem in the future regarding this case. The case has already been settled and the accused has been acquitted under Section 320(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Therefore, there should not be any issues in background verification in MNCs or in getting a visa..
