Hi, Please note that any person facing criminal cases cannot be considered suitable for appointment in government service unless acquitted of the charges, the Supreme Court has held this in recent cases.

Hi .... If strictly speaking yes some time it may affect you job and government authorities may ask details pertaining to your case and if your acquitted from the case then no issues or pending the case some of the government sector will not give you a job. But at the time your entering a job you have to mention about pending cases .
Thank you

Unfortunately, the criminal case pending against you would affect you adversely. Read the terms and conditions properly if the condition bars you from applying the job then you have two option :
1. File a criminal petition under section 482 seeking the relief of quashing the cases against you.
2. File a writ petition challenging the constitutional validity of the rule that bars you from applying the job.
