Q: Is a person with criminal case eligible for government job

Sir i am applying govt but i have crimanal case crpc 323 and 324 in court .the case was in issue since 2014.that case can affect my govt job or not sir pls help me

Unfortunately, the criminal case pending against you would affect you adversely. Read the terms and conditions properly if the condition bars you from applying the job then you have two option : 1. File a criminal petition under section 482 seeking the relief of quashing the cases against you. 2. File a writ petition challenging the constitutional validity of the rule that bars you from applying the job.

Q: What to do if there is an objection after completion of boundary wall

My neighbor already constructed his Lavatory on his boundary, prior to 1980 without leaving space, for boundary compound wall at that time I told him you are senior and educated Teacher these points should not be asked you. However I broad heartedly asked him for construction of compound wall I will pay 50% cost, he told me you construct I will pay. Then I completed and asked him the cost. He intentionally kept mum. Then I understood his intention and completed boundary wall 20 feets in my plot space, without touching his space. Now he is objected at MUNCIPALITY and Comissioner rejected my house construction permission stating already constructed house. Now he approached to court for seeking demolish order. I already have given application for regularisation of unauthorised construction at MUNCIPALITY BIDAR but till this no response. Please suggest your valuable advice at the earliest. A line in reply is humbly requested.

You have to file a writ petition before High Court, challenging the rejection order passed by the commissioner. Boundary wall has to be constructed leaving a setback of 3 feet. The boundary wall is a common wall , and from the common wall your neighbour should leave 3 feet. Since you have constructed boundary wall well within your boundary there is no question of any objection. As far as the application for demolition of unauthorised construction that is lying unanswered with the authorities you can seek a mandamus in the same petition.

Q: Can gram panchayat act against the court order

A person Illegally obtained a khata of a land. It was contested in court and deemed illegal and he gave up his claim to the land stating he had no objection to revert the claim to the original owner. however the kahta is still in his name. Now the local gram panchayat is refusing to register the land to the rightful owner. They say that since the khata (illegal) is in his name, he still has a right to that land. They will call both the parties and conduct a hearing and then decide. Does the gram panchayat or its higher body have a right to act against a court order??

No, Gram Panchayat cannot be above civil courts. There are two options available to you: 1. You can file a contempt before the court which has passed the original order.2. You can take up the matter before AC - revenue court and file an application along with court orders to make changes.

Q: Revengful Harrasment By Present Employer In Tandem With Old Employer

My present Employer is harassing me in collaboration with my old Employer to take revenge. I want to know the legal options. Each they try new ways to Harrass me. and if I ask they say why am i getting upset. I want to know legal remedies for this revenful Harrasment.

Sir you haven't told whether you are working in private sector or public sector. If you are in private sector then contact your HR department and give a detailed complaint be specific. If you are in public sector then give a detailed complaint to a officer who is above those who are harassing you. That's the first step. Next send a legal notice, assuming your complaint is not taken seriously or dealt in a name-sake manner or you are not satisfied with the actions taken. Based on the reply to legal notice a course of action can be planned.
