I was driving from wrong side and I was not aware about it, also there was not clear sign of no entry. they have modified both side roads on a one way. the policeman ask me to pay fine and I tried to convince him that I didn't know about it then he took my driving license and asked me to come to police station. he make FIR on me on following section IPC 279. Motor vehicles act 2/177, 184, 132 (1), 179. I got bail. can I get PCC
