Investment fraud case using apk app - cyber crime

Cyber crime has freezed secondary layer account but we have issued notice from court however it benficiary was enterprises shop but no now its closed and notice has came back stating insufficient address how do we go about it criminal is running away we cant find him and its difficult to issue notice we cannot serach him and what is the alternative way to get court order
Dear Sir,
You have to trace out the address with the help of Police on the basis of his mobile number and/or Aadhar number from the concerned Police Station then again file an application before the Court for necessary action against such culprit. It takes some time and you have to put efforts.
