IF THE IO IS NOT SUBMITTING THE REPORT DESPITE OF THE ORDER OF THE COURT, A SEPERATE PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 166A IPC CAN BE INITIATED AGAINST THE IO. FURTHER, SUBSTITUTION OF IO CAN BE DONE BY MOVING AN APPLICATION AND INDIVIDUAL FSL CAN BE APPLIED WHICH WILL BE SUBMITTING ITS REPORT
