Invested money for business but no returns and principal

I have invested money to a business but business running good. But the person not giving monthly interest and i have asked principal amount that is also not returning. I have agreement and cancelled cheque leaf

Cheque bounce or 138 Under Negotiable Instruments Act can be filed. It is a simple process and usually comes before Fast track Courts. The amount can be recovered and the person can be punished for default as well.
