Insulted ,defamed for false complaint

I used to study in library(study hall),There I defamed ,insulted without my mistake.Owner of the study hall shouted at me,came to beat me.

hi first need to see whether any complaint was filed against you and its ingredients and that if you are not cinnected to allegations mentioned in the complaint and then you could file quash petition to quash the complaint
