I was talking to a girl of 15 years on Instagram and i am 19 we talked about sexual things and all with both of us involved in that and her father one day seen all the message can he file Case against me?

It will depend to what extent have you gone to do the sexual things. But if she was equally interested in the act then you need not worry. Her involvement is of prior importance. Since it all was with the consent of both the parties there can’t be any legal action against you. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

I need to see your chats on instagram with the girl and you need to answer few my questions and since you are a major yeas a case can be filed against you that you have manipulated the girl and have abused her sexually
