You can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area regarding the illegal activities that you are talking about. And insist the police officials for registration of FIR against the culprits under POSCO and sections of Indian Penal Code. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You must file a police complaint in the police station having jurisdiction over the area where the alleged illegal activities are taking place. You can also approach the State Commission of Women and make a representation to them. there are also a number of NGOs operating in this field for protection of women and children from trafficking.

If you have the evidences then u may do complaint directly to the jurisdiction of that police station followed by ASP, DSP and home minister! You are doing good job if this is not in revenge or other motives ! All the best

I want to complaint for the Sex Racket in our city in Punjab and the Hotel owners running this illegal activity from long time with the help of Local SHO and DSP. My Question is where to complaint

If you feel that the local SHO and DSP are involved in the sex racket, you can also contact the state's police chief or the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). You can also file a complaint with the State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) in Chandigarh if you believe that the rights of the victims are being violated. You can file a complaint with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) NHRC in Delhi if you feel that your complaints are not being taken seriously or the local authorities are not taking any action. The Government of India has set up Anti-Human Trafficking Units (AHTUs) in each state to combat the trafficking of persons for sexual exploitation, forced labour, or other forms of exploitation. You can approach the AHTUs in Punjab to report the crime. If the victims involved in the crime are children, you can contact the Child Helpline (1098) to report the crime.  If the victims involved in the crime are women, you can contact the Women Helpline (181) to report the crime. These Helplines are 24x7 emergency measures for children or women in distress. Additionally, you can contact a local NGO or a lawyer who works on issues related to human trafficking, exploitation, and sexual abuse. They can guide you on the necessary steps to take and provide legal assistance if needed.
