What happens if investigation officer addd an IPC section in the chargesheet after framing of the charges by trial court ? Accused has to take bail in that nSection too ,if he is already on bail for the previous charges in the chargesheet?

it Is not possible that charge framing is before submit the chaŕge sheet. chargesheet is the ground of charge which frame by the court court depend upon the chargesheet. if in your case the chargesheet may be supplementary.

Sir, no seperate bail is required to be taken. the person is already on bail. unless the court asks for the fresh bail bond nothing is required to be done. this is a general answer with the limited information you have disclosed in your question. regards
