Injured due to an act of self defense.

In my farmhouse, to prevent theft, I had installed electric wires as a protection. On 30th march, three thief tried to enter at my property but one got electric shock and is admitted in the hospital since 7 days. Will there be a criminal proceedings against me? I need help. I had also installed 3-5 boards of saying high electric voltage.

First of all, it should be seen how much injury the person in front has suffered, what are his physical conditions and whether the electric shock that you have installed has been done after taking someone's permission.
