India Mart Seller Took Payment But Didn't Deliver

I purchased from a seller in indiaMart but the seller didn't deliver my product took the payment. What can i do?

serve a legal notice upon such seller then file a criminal case against the seller and also you can either approach the consumer court Or civil court for recovery of the money or for specific performance of contract. submit a notice mentioning the time limit of 7 days for delivery of the product otherwise file a complain case against the India Mart for default of their services and claiming for the compensation from the concerned company.

do you have proof of payment? IF yes and if you have his address send him a demand notice. if he fails to pay up lodge a FIR against him for cheating and breach of trust. you shouldn't have paid the full amount all at once
