In relationship with her for 4 yrs, later she got bored n started cheating me and we broke up. After broke up we met again with her interest, in all these days she used me financially, mentally n physically. I have all the evidences to prove that how she cheated me in the name of love n marriage. I have uploaded our pics in Facebook n she filed 354 a against me, FIR filed one month before, now how to come out of these case?

354 Of IPC deals with outraging the modesty of women. Firstly you need to seek bail so that police do not trouble you and then you can file a 482 criminal petition before Hon'ble High Court and get the case quashed.

first get bail from the court and also file a counter case against her and thereafter you can get the matter compromised or you can fight the case with assistance of Advocate and move on, but first step would be to get the bail or you may be arrested .
