In relationship with a man whose divorce and custody case going on

Hi I am in a relationship it's been 3yrs now but my man is married and he has a child. But his divorce case and child custody case is going on.Traditionally we got married at the temple and I got pregnant and due to some health problem it got aborted. Now he is avoiding me telling that his family wants to withdraw the divorce and child custody case. He told he himself is helpless and not in a situation to take my responsibility. I know our marriage not valid. All I have is photographs and chat details. Am I able to give any complaints against him?
Yes 101% you can give a complaint against him and no doubt he will be put to great hard ship for cheating you and he will be charged with harvest offences under penal code but while giving complaint you should be care full in revealing informations so that case stand strong.

but the HC held that , educated women having sexual relationship on the pretext of marriage is consensual sex and not rape.
in our case, you have to prove that, the sex was without your consent and permission.
