after filing chargeseet into the courr by the police, your case will be numbered as a sessions case latter you will be undergo a pretrial examination and on your denail for the charges, a trial schedule Will be given. during the trial the wittnessess have to reduce their evidence in your favour and (on that you can feel your self as compromised) after completion of trial and arguments judgement will be pronounced.
unless concluding trial you have no remidy because, the offences under pocso act are not compoundable.
