as the bail is regulated by code of criminal procedure there is no chance of filing caveat and you can apply for cancellation of bail if bail is granted on illusunory grounds and it depends upon the circumstances and facts invovled

A caveat may be filed at any time during the proceedings and will remain valid for 90 days after the filing date. A caveat may be extended by 90 days if an extension request is filed before the 90-day initial period expires.
