Illegal parking by the visitors of school near our home

Sir, we are in trouble by just nearby school. Where regularly parents vehicles and auto-rickshaw come and park all their vehicles in front of our house. School authorities or gatekeeper even guide them to park here. They are not bother ABT their own space but keep pushing vehicle owner near to our home. And our outside wall is getting effected or harmed. We can't edit or entry, our gate too blocked. We know under section 121 Indian motor vehicle act, it's illegal parking on public space. Kindly suggest us that is there law to do case against school authorities as vehicles linked with them are parked here. Any law that restrict any institute to park illegally and cause inconvenience to residents. Please mention all the laws for strict action against them.

Dear questioner, I would like to mention that whatever has been done to you is a public nuisance. Indian penal code penalised the person committing so. But, I would suggest first you serve them with a legal notice of stricter action against them. Possibly they apprehended by the legal action would lined up. And your money and time would be saved. Otherwise, we have the legal remedy,which we can avail at any time. Hope you got my words! You can further contact if problem persists...

You have many options. One of them is to make a complaint with municipal bodies. You can file case with SDM of ur town complaining of nuisance being created for residents by illegal parking. Even a civil suit against school authorities can be filed for making suitable parking arrangements.
