Illegal detention & tourtured Central Government employee

Sir my father is AVO, Central government employee in Income tax Dept. Surat and in UP he went to follow up the case illegal capturing of our home town house by Land Mafias but in order to give justice he and his officials Manhandeled and then from last evening 7pm kept under detention in chamber and tourtured physically asualted and last night hospitalized and still not leaving to go out of police station . I have filled complaint at all portal up to PM but so far no action taken. Please guide me what remidey can be done to free him from den of police as I am in Surat can't reach urgently.
