Ilegally Taking Possestion Of House

If someone breaks your house or room, takes possession of it n harass/warns you not to enter it,else he will beat you, is crime? In your room, all you clothes, college certs,other docs, pc, etc were there. What can he take legal action against that person

You must immediately rush to police station and file the complaint for forceful and illegal entry and possession of the house or room. in the complaint mention the list of your belongings kept in the room.
