There’s no scope for any false allegations to be levied on you. Attempt to murder is a big offence and the opponent doesn’t have valid points to file any case against you. What they can take is their offence that their act was under private defence.

if the allegations with which you are accusing the accused are true then you don't need to worry. if anything is done by you which may backfire on to you then proceed cautiously. you must into the matter in whole
