If I book a call girl through agent and she files rape case after 2 ye

I had booked a girl through a broker and then she visited me to a hotel. We had protected sex and then I paid her money onlinenNow she has filed a case on me for rape.Is this case stand in court because its delayed? nAlso she came for sex as the broker already told her then how can she complain now?nCan she go to jail for this?
You can also file a complaint against her because that can’t be considered as rape because it was consensual in nature and since you paid her online then it will also be an evidence in favour of you. The broker can also become a culprit under this. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

ground and stand if delay does not nullify the crime. such ground is useless. in case of heinous crime like murder, rape etc delay does not effect nor it nullify the crime. flash trading is illegal and is punishable under law.

even a sex worker can allege rape if the sex is without her consent as per judgement of the supreme court in October 2019
whether the case stands in court is a matter of trial
however if the incident was over two years ago and she is filing complaint now, the reason for delay has to be explained.
