If i am Not able to appear in court

If i am unable to appear in court second time as first i was medically unfit and now due to Work reason Will i be get excused with same application .

you can show your medical certificate in court Court have to allow your medical certificate as the reason for non appearance the dates valid reason it is a valid ground for non appearance . there will be no trouble at all

Hello your appearance in the court depend on the nature of case Civil or Criminal, if you are accused in criminal case your presence is must further more if you are on bail however in case if your counsel have moved an application for exemption for that day only with valid reason court may exempt you from appearance for that day only looking into the circumstances given in your application
