My wife filed a false case fron section 498a case and after some time case was closed by compromise then i am eligible fore govt job or not?

Yes you are eligible for government services. But you need to clear all the verification carefully in proper guidance of your lawyer otherwise you can face some bitter issue. You need a long discussion with your lawyer for some paperwork and legal formality prescribed by law.

Yes, When the compromise is made between the parties, the already filed 498a FIR cannot be quashed by Police, therefore it is forwarded under section 482 CrPC of respective High Court. Since HC has a busy Schedule, it transfers the case to Investigating Officer. IO verifies the Compromise & agreement done between the parties.
