Iam working as govt servent my father also govt servent, after marriage my wife's brother has lodged dowry case complaint against of our family, my mother died due to cancer after 3 months of lodging the complaint. My wife has been murdered by someone when she was residing in my mothers home and I am present in my duty place approximately 350 km by my parents home when this incident had been occured. One carefully observing matter in this case is my wife's brother had kept NEFT challen money transferred to me after 3 months of marriage. Actually this amount has been received by me for the purpose of my mothers cancer treatment as a help not dowry at all. But he said additional dowry I had been to him in evidence time, And no one can said evidence against me about dowry harassment. And also any panchayat has not been occured between two family, only this transfer of money through NEFT can support dowry, and judgement had been given as Life till natural death whol family.
