Since your cross-complaint has been escalated, pursue it with supporting evidence, medical records, witnesses and call records. If police fail to act fairly, you may approach the Magistrate under applicable provisions for appropriate directions.

“Your case has critical vulnerabilities: (1) CM portal disposal without hearing violates Cr.P.C. Sections 154–156 safeguards; (2) Police ignoring your counter-complaint under S. 200-203 IPC shows bias; (3) DCP escalation request suggests investigator doubt—exploit this immediately. Your wrongful confinement, phone snatching, and threat-to-life claims are independent offences (S. 342 IPC, S. 379 IPC, S. 506 IPC) that override the fraud allegations procedurally. Immediate action required: (A) File formal complaint before CID/IG claiming criminal intimidation + police non-cognizance under S. 166 IPC; (B) Anticipatory bail application grounded in conflicting FIRs and investigator bias; (C) Pre-arrest police memo detailing procedural defects + demand for DCP personal hearing. Without aggressive escalation now, disposal becomes final and your counter-claims statute-barred.

Hello, Sir, if your name has been wrongly added in the FIR, don't panic. Since the police have asked you to approach the DCP, we will prepare a proper written representation with all the evidence and request that your name be removed after a fair inquiry. If no action is taken even after that, we can approach the High Court for appropriate legal relief.

If the allegations are false, cooperate with the investigation and submit all evidence supporting your defence. If police ignore your complaint, pursue higher authorities or seek relief before the Magistrate under Sections 173(3)/175(3) BNSS, if warranted.
