I was married to a gay, can I file a recovery suit for the expenses?

I am male but for me they married a person who is nor male nor female. It was hidden. I got nullity they didn't fight. I need following cases to harm them. They didn't give me a penny. I lost lot of money. What all cases I have chance to file against them and what is capital punishment for that. Except that person all 5 members in family involved in this act

You can file a PCR for punishing them all. Also for causing you loss of money and for other counts of inconvenience, hardshio, agony, loss of reputation you can file for compensation from all those involved in it.
