I was involved in a NBW case where my address and my name are wrong

I have involved in a NBW case where my address and name where wrong. I have not received any summons. Now others involved in case has received NBWs along with my fake name. Will I be facing any consequences. I should i proceed from now

if you received nbw notice you can attend the case and take your defence yours if your not that person court will issue again to the correct person nbw better you can attend don't neglect the court notice

Dear Sir, You may challenge such NBW before the High Court and get a stay order or try to delete your name from the criminal proceedings pending before the Trial Court. If there is no other person except you then ultimately after correction of name and address summons and warrants will be issued to you.
