I was caught smoking herbal hookah.

I was caught in group of people (seperate groups) smoking herbal hookah in one of the restaurants, later thry took us to police station i guess they made case. and gave us notice which has mentioned 35(3), मपोका 4, 6, 21, 24.
After 4-5 months i got call from police station that i have to visit court. what is further procedure? I have not got any notice or any written thing after first notice. What is punishment for this?

Well, you must visit Court, but, with a lawyer and before visiting Court, kindly ask the Police to serve you with a Summons in writing, so that, within due time, you will mark your appearance in Court to defend yourself via your appointed Advocate.
