I was arrested and put into jail under 352 and 353 bns

Still now chargesheet is not filed, when I ask police they say we are waiting for FSL, it's been 5.5 mnths, can I go for quashing FIR?
It's suo moto case by police
the police will not file charge sheet they will wait Delhi University of the matter better you can approach to High Court for washing the FIR and get the stay order against the FIR then you cannot Char seat

Yes, it is better advised to approach the High Court for quashing of FIR and in the meanwhile if charge sheet is filed you can amend your criminal petition and further seek quashing of charge sheet also. The receipt of FSL report may be substantial delayed. It is better to hire a designated Senior Advocate to get effective orders in your favour.

Yes you can always go for the Quashing. we can do detailed examination of the procedural aspects followed by the police and shortcomings and loopholes can be putforth for quashing grounds.
