I want to text a girl, a distant relative, that she is being cheated of her property. I have adequate proof of that. Now if for some reason she's not able to trust me, she might take it as if I'm trying to cause a breach of trust. and in that case, the person who is actually trying to cheat her will try to urge her to file a false police complaint against me. So if she files a false police complaint of harrassment, what consequences I may have to face even if I'm all respectful in my text ?

If you have this Apprenshion that she will going to file false case on you then you must immediately hire an expert advocate who will draft your apprehension intimation & submit the same to the concerned police station ! Take care n b in touch

I personally Bindas hokar text kariye be smart in drafting the because the crime life in texting you have to be you do not convey message who convey your intention why you are doing it was very clear just to help her out of love respect and relationship thank you
