i want to know wheather a fir under 420,406 can be quashed or not

yes, an FIR registered under section 420 and 406 can be quashed, but, if the allegations are baseless and without any legal merit. You can approach the Hon'ble High Court and can file a petition to quash your FIR. For further assistance you can contact.

These offences are mutually exclusive and it is difficult to say that both of these have been committed simultaneously. However, that said this cant be a sole ground to get it quashed. We would require other grounds.

yes fir can be quash if u satisfied to Hon'ble high court for was wrong your not culprit or if the complaint and accused enter in a settlement and don't want to pursue the case in this situation fir can be quash and 420 and 406 ho to gether

The key distinction lies in whether there was a breach of trust along with fraudulent inducement. Courts have upheld that both offences can coexist when facts justify both cheating and criminal breach of trust. However, whether it can be quashed depends on the nature of allegations and supporting evidence.
