I want to know how much GST is applicable on bike rental services.

I rented a bike for a day from Royal Brothers. On the base rent amount of bike, they are charging me 14% cgst and 14% sgst which is equal to 28% total gst. I want to know how exactly are they able to charge so much. There HSN number is 997329. I have more info about them so let me know if you need anything else

Dear Sir, You can gather information by visiting any nearest RTO office because such information is available in the said office or in the office of relevant departments who will collect central and state taxes. Accordingly, you may fight legally against such M/s Royal Brothers who are in the business of renting bikes.
