i want to know about UP bar council registration

I have completed LLB from CCSU Meerut, after completing the degree a false case was filed against me, police have not filed charge sheet yet, police want to close the case, I want to register in UP Bar Council, I will not face any problem during registration, please inform me,

you can register for UP Bar Council Registration. before files charge sheet by IO of any case you are not accused. so you can mention that no one charged against you. only FIR is not bared in registration.
