The question is not very clear. Could you please specify as to what is the exact nature of dispute/ offense committed by the accused? For example - protection order under Domestic Violence act could be in the nature of a restraining order (interim ex parte could be granted depending on urgency in the matter) There is also a provision under the BNSS for bond for keeping peace. Or depending on the nature of the offence, directions could also be sought by filing a writ ( in case no other viable remedy is available).

Please share brief details regarding the person against whom protection is sought, the incidents involved, and whether any police complaint has already been filed. Based on those facts, the appropriate legal remedy, expected timeline, and procedural requirements can be explained in detail

Injunction is a part and parcel of civil suit, generally. However, in property disputes where there may be probability that breach of peace will otherwise be the consequence in exceptional circumstances jurisdiction under BNSS be invoked. For precise advice detailed analysis of your facts and supporting documents or facts be prerequisite. Thank you
