I want to file complaint against my boyfriend

Hi, I have been in a relationship with a men who emotionally blackmail me to get into relationship with me after I said no multiple times and after getting trapped in his blackmail i got into relationship with him before entering into this relationship I asked to disclose all his past affairs and he said he had only 2 whom he was physical and I never had any physical relationship with anyone so I told him I’ll not do anything physical before marriage but he forcefully manipulated me raped me for 5-6 times after saying multiple times no and also I got to know about him that he was a callboy in his past and had live in relationship with 1 girl just for physical need that I come to know after 1 year of relationship and he still he is casually dating 1-2 more girl and he cheated on me and raped me by doing fraud and didn’t disclose his past reality, and now he is harrasing me by calling different numbers and he has sent some random person to my home. How do i file complain against him??
