I stayed in a hotel for 15 days for joining a job.

23-Aug-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Honestly, I stayed in a hotel for 15 days which I paid for half, and rest my father was arranging to pay for. The hotel staff couldn't let me stay, she forced me and took my scooty key and locked the room in which my stuff was there inside. nShe asked me to pay the remaining amount. My father got angry due to this. He couldn't pay for it. nThe hot said my stuff is safe with me, but 2 moment the hotel used to drive my scooty without taking my permission and after I paid and she said my stuff is not there(clothes and all), and the scooty some parts is broken and also they lost my helmet as well. nnI asked them to verify from CCTV, and they all are acting and laughing. I lose my cool and keep fighting for it for my stuff and no one was listening. Those who drove the scooty come and got angry when I asked them to return my stuff. nnSome said yes, Some went silent when I tried to take a video and owner forced to get out of hotel. nnI am disability person and hard to hear.

If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either pay compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

File a complainant against the hotel and its owner that such act has been done with you and do within the nearest police station without delay and also claim compensation from them for mental harassment and bodily harm. All the best

Hi In such a case you must file a police complaint against the hotel and its staff as there are a dozen of offences that have been committed. Additionally you may even consider a civil case for damages against the hotel. Please feel free to contact me for further assistance
