I require your help for my criminal matter pertaining to S 494 420

Hii sir/madam my brother got married with a girl on 24 june 2015 by hindu marraige rits but before 20 to 25 day we know about her first marriage which is not disolve yet she got married with her 1st husband on 2011 we have an evidance like marriage certificate n her affidavit ..she wrote that her first marriage was made with her consent after knowledging her first marraige we filed a police complaint n suit us494 i we wan to file a suit 420 but she also filed a police complaint againts my brother n my family....n police is also manage by her parents and police is giving pressure on us if we not compromise the case then they will file 498 against my brother n my family plz help us what we can do know thank u.....
She can not file complaint against ur brother but your brother can file against her go for nullity of marriage and proceed against her under criminal law. U have good chances to succeed her threats are baseless now it depends who intiate first.
