Under article 115, 351,352 , I have to recieve anticipatory bail.? I belong to poor family. I have no money for fight against false criminal case. I want to hire free legal lawyer. What is process to get free legal lawyer.? How can get free legal lawyer .? How many days to get free legal lawyer.?

please go the nearest legal services authority of your State please. Get in touch with them. And for anticipatory bail, you need to show that you fear that you will be put under arrest. So your advocate has to work on that too.

you can make an application to District Legal service authority in district court or High Court Legal service authority at high court, and you will be provided a lawyer under Free Legal aid scheme, anticipatory bail can be filed before the high court as well as district court.
