I purchased a car in Bhusaval through a dealer who guaranteed that car will be clear from the loan and the documents will be transferred within a Month or two but later I came to know that still on loan and now it's more than 8 months I even didn't get the documents transferred in my name. what should I do?

You should register an FIR with concerned police station on the grounds of cheating at the hands of the car dealer. Police will take action against the car dealer. You can go alone and get the FIR registered or through an Advocate. Police will thereafter take action.
