I need a help to know about a frozen bank account which is mine

My friend who used to stay with me used my bank account for ndps act ..and is accused the investigation is going on .. and my bank account is freezed too .. im not involved but still i need to get my bank account money back .. how long will it take ? Will bank know the complete details of the case

is freezed your account freeze means you need to file petition in concern Court then you need to different your account true cyber crime police station De how frigid ji account 9th you need to file same and you need to contest the petition then you need to get it return back

You have to approach High Court and file application getting back your amount before that you may also approach Magistrate Court where you have to file application for defreezing your account which is unnecessary freezed.
