I made a complaint in the commission but the commission is not taking action. They are delaying my complaint, pending my complaint. I've also filed an RTI but still no response.

Generally,it's very rare that even when a complain has been made to the concerned commission the commission is pleading it's inability is taking action,perhaps the alternative judicial remedy that was available to you didn't tantamount to you going to RTI,elucidate the fact to me and what was the concerned commission,may be I'll be able to help
