I have received summons from court in drink and drive case
17-Mar-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I have received a summons to appear before the bangalore court for offence of drink and drive. Punishment for offence is 6 month imprisonment or 10000 fine . If I pay fine will the court accept it or will I be taken to custody? Please assist.
