I have invested in Karvy Realty ICD - How safe I am?I have invested in Karvy Realty on their ICD of 10 Lakhs. While applying they said they will give me PDC and agreement copy. I have received the PDC but not the agreement. I have email communication from a Karvy Employee from his company email id. As I am hearing bad news of Karvy Brokerage and Realty, I am very much worried if I am going to get my money back.
I am thinking if that PDC bounces or the signatory changes what will happen to me. Considering all these I had requested a premature payout, but they are not honoring it now.
Please suggest a path forward as I am in a medical crisis
firstly this is not platform to give opinion on any company, every investment have its own risk including banks, but the thing is some companies started only to loot money and offer attractive money making schemes to induce the people so if it's go loss or given PDC dishonoured you can file complaint but the money you invested not easy to recover unless you fight your case strongly
