I have filed FIR against my husband living in USA

I have filed FIR 498A against my husband living in USA, but in return he has applied for Quashing of the same petition in court, now the 498A is stuck without any actions and court has ordered that since the quashing is applied, police cannot file chargesheet and he is freely moving in USA. How can i drag him to India from USA

You can intervene in the quashing application and move to cancel the stay order. Otherwise the quashing application will not get listed anytime soon due to pendency. Kindly book a consultation call for a detailed advice.

for the quashing you would have recieved a notice from the high court and that you shall reply to the petition and then urge the court to decide the petition as soon as possible as you are sufeering from a long period of time
